If you have poor signal in your play area, you can install a Wi-Fi repeater to improve your connection. Then, simply sync the trackers to your Wi-Fi, calibrate them, and you're ready to play!

No! Our trackers don't require any cables . They simply connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and, once set up, are ready to use. No wires, no limitations .

(You must have good quality and speed of Wi-Fi in your gaming area. If the signal is weak, you should place a repeater between your gaming area and the router to amplify the signal.)

Yes! The more trackers you use, the more accurate your full-body tracking will be . By adding more sensors, you improve tracking accuracy by increasing the number of limbs you can move in the game! While fewer trackers still provide good performance, the difference becomes noticeable as the number increases.

In full-body tracking, drift is a common phenomenon that occurs over time due to inertial sensors. Since they are sensors without an emitting sensor that is constantly viewing XYZ coordinates, like those of HTC or Oculus, these become physically lost in XYZ space over time.

Although this sounds complicated, there's a very simple and quick solution: you just need to recalibrate the trackers with SlimeVR Server, a process that only takes 5 to 10 seconds . This way, you can continue enjoying your experience without interruptions.

The time before recalibration is required varies by chip:

• BMI160: 5 to 15 minutes.
• LSM6DSR: 10 to 20 minutes.
• ICM-45686: 30 to 50 minutes.
• BNO085: 35 to 45 minutes.

Thanks to SlimeVR it takes 5 to 10 Seconds to Recalibrate as follows!:

• Chest: 2 taps on this Sensor.
• Left Leg: 3 taps on this Sensor.
• Right Leg: 3 taps on this Sensor.

Shipping costs depend on IMUS or ICMS (Gyroscope) stock and the number of orders at the time.

If there is no stock of Gyroscopes, the plates must be imported. This can take 15-25 days, which would lead to a delivery in 30 days at most.

If stock is available, sensors can be delivered in 4-7 days depending on demand.

The stock on the website is different from the stock of the gyroscopes. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to discuss them.
